Pile driver

For driving support pipes into the ground for substrate troughs

Substrate cultivation using a rack system is a forward-looking approach. Setting up your plant bed begins with aligning the support tubes for the substrate troughs. These are driven into the ground using the Heuling pile driver. The row spacing can be adjusted from 0.9 to 1.4 m. In addition to ensuring precise spacing between the support tubes, the post driver—with its depth control—also ensures that the tubes are securely anchored. The laser slope control allows you to level and check the height.

Hydraulic Hammers

Hydraulic Hammers

Two hydraulic hammers drive one pipe each into the ground simultaneously.

Depth Control

Depth Control

Depth control is achieved either through a limit switch—which ensures that all pipes are drilled to the same depth—or through a laser with slope control, which precisely aligns the heights.

To ensure that you get off to a successful start with substrate cultivation and that your substrate troughs are level later on, we’ve developed our stake driver. In our video, we’ll show you just how easy it is to drive stakes into the ground with this special machine. By the way: For substrate preparation, we recommend our substrate tiller.
